Richmond Bog, Late Fall.

A selection from a series of images in the Richmond Nature Area’s bog in mid-fall, as the leaves drop, changing the green wall of leaves to a transparent curtain. Still, the undergrowth is impermeable.

Sussex Creek flowing to the Fraser River

Sussex Creek flows through a major industrial and business park in Burnaby and Vancouver, British Columbia. The creek, running along side a bog, was once the site of salmon and other fish but now struggles to sustain itself.
